Help?

Post by Arikiwi »

Hi all,

I recently purchased an NC35 with a scorpion can and system. I pulled the carbs to clean and in a rookie move on my part didn't check which jet came from which carb!

Any way the jets are as follows 110 x 2 and 105 and 100 which I though was odd but potentially Dyno tuned to exhaust?

Any ideas on what might go where. I suspect the 110s are for the rear carbs but not sure which way round the rest go

If it was tuned its been tuned badly (i.e. to compensate for problems elsewhere)

Have you had a read of the carb tuning guide, its tailerd for nc30s but theres also info in there for nc35s and even nc24s.

If everything running right you shouldnt need that sort of jetting.

While you've got it all apart get it running to its best... a 100 is not the way to go...
