There are options that may be toggled on or off.
Open the library page in your account
It should look like the pic I enclosed.
On the r/h side is a large box "Links to share this item"
Click "Update links options"
Loads new page
On l/h side tick Direct link under Links
Tick Easy linking mode.
Save at bottom of page.

I dont think you can get all the options on a tablet, its classed as a mobile account.
