Re: NC30 build
Cheers Kieran but I am simply after lowers in the right colour scheme which need no work. Already have lowers but they have gravel rash on both sides from memory (cant be sure, haven't seen them for 12 months!).
This isn't a slow build. I haven't really started yet - I am only about 12 months in so this is early days! Its not at my house so other than look at the parts I have purchased I cant do much else. The only thing I have ever done is take the exhaust off and give up as my old man has no suitable tools at his (check out the cold chisel). Since then I have slowly been purchasing everything I can think of in the hope I will get the bike over to mine in due course.
To be honest though I have been much more interested in my other bikes - mainly the crm as to be honest I have gone off road riding since I knocked off my nc23.
I only need to get the nc30 done ...one day....no rush. lol.

No bother mate thought it was worth asking you before i eventually put an ad up for them. So you like the CRM? I remember your thread about buying that, i keep saying i want to get a off road bike but the cash is allways spent on something else lol.
Have you been getting out alot on the green lanes since you bought it?

Re: NC30 build
I have hardly used it off road! so far apart from a couple of short green lanes, there is sod all round by me. Have now got a towbar on the car so I can go further afield. going on a ktm day in January but taking the Crm, will prob be the only other type of bike there! It's a nice bike but after having a go on a wr250 at the motorbike show on Sunday I am tempted to go 4 stroke but need to have a good session off road on the Crm first, it's not the best on road due to the tyres and gearing . Last owner was into hare and hound events so it's set up for off road stuff.
