part number or chassis number, fork related
Hello, I'm trying to find a part number for the Allen key bolt and copper washer that goes in the bottom of late typefork that fold onto the internals, as my nc30 is earlier type with later forks my chassis number is wrong for it, can anyone help with part number or lend me a chassis number from a later type as reference for the bike shop to find it?

Mate, just find the part number here: http://www.akhara.com/nc30/nc30parts/index.htm
Then put the part number in here to see if it's been superseded by a newer (current) number: http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/part ... rt-number/

An ordinary M8 socket cap screw will work on the side with the smaller diameter axle hole, but a low-height head is required for the other side in order to clear the large-diameter part of the axle.
The copper washers are nothing special, so no need to order from Honda if you can source copper washers from somewhere else.
Ciao,

A ordinary Allen bolt is what I used and had to grind the top of the bolt with a drimmel to allow the spindle to go through, it didn't leak until about a year later when I put the engine back in the bike and put more preload on.. I've been to the local bike shop and got them ordered now so hopefully be ok when fitted....
