Is this it? Was what I was recommended from here and was listed as nc30

Looks like it to me.
It doubles as the shock preload adjusting tool (second tooth needed for this).
Edit: could be wrong about the preload adjustor, I think mines from a different model?

The NC30/35,RC30/35 hub is a smaller diameter (105mm) than the RC45/46 (117mm), so each have specific Honda tools for adjustment. That said, you can probably get away with using a larger tool on a smaller hub (steady...)
