nc21 fork seals
Hi guy
a noob question do i need to dismantle front forks
to put new fork seals in
can you slide new seals down stanchion and pop
them in cheers

you need to take them apart to get the old seal out, drain and replace the oil while your there.
you need a proper tool (fork seal driver) or something made to replicate the proper tool to put the seals in also else youll destroy them.

My forks all done now
took my time cleaned them new oil they
feel a lot better good luck with yours

Hi. How did you experiance the refit of your forks? Any tipps you would luike to share? I took mine off this weekend and will have to have them re-chromed as they are badly pitted... Also did you retemper or stretch your springs again as they colapse with age. I am not very cumfy with the idea of placeing spacers in there to try and stiffen the suspension.
I will start tacleing them tomorrow. I hope to send and share some pics.

Hi. I started doing my forks this week and will send them in for chroming soon. Will be quite costly though.
