CBR400RR NC23 CDI Restricted & Derestricted

Hi Guys,

I am new into "babyblade" CBR400RR NC23 and what I surveyed there are two types of CDI for NC23 model. One with gold/yellow label and the other one with blue label. Which one is restricted? The gold/yellow label or the blue label?

The blue label CDi is rwestricted but there is various ways of getting round it such as fitting a mph convertor or the resister mod, see here:

I really appreciate the information you gave, thank you Yakama.
But I wonder, I think my CBR400RR has restriction because the top speed about 140kmh - 150kmh. The meter / clock only indicate 180kmh, it has speed warning (writing in Japanese on the clock), and it is imported from Japan. My bike has yellow/gold label CDI that stated KY2 Lot No. 8323
