Anyone fitted one of these ?

Looks kinda cool, but have not seen or heard of anyone using one. Price is right for sure...

That is a cheap and (not so) chearfull Chinese version of something like a Koso set up.
If you are very good at electrics and have much patience you can probobly make it work. For my 2p worth I would fix/replace your existing Rev counter, or if you really want the digital look, spend the money and get a proper Koso set up.
