Engline Swap-NC31
Hello everyone, I'm a new member to the forum and am glad to have found somewhere with a dedicated section to the cb 400 sf.
A little while back I got my grubby little hands on the frame of a 1992 cb 400 sf NC31.
As I'm Irish it's nigh on impossible to get an nc31 engine anywhere but I'm curious if I could plant a honda bros engine into the frame(this is probably sacrilege), as the honda bros is one of the few bikes that regularly winds up in breakers yards here. I'd be grateful if you know of any engine that would work well in the frame but as I said, the bros engines are the most available here.
I'm not in any rush to complete the bike, I intend to buy something much more complete in the near future, perhaps a late 70s Honda.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions/advice.

I think it is better to look for a NC31 motor from UK.You could try here:
