Yea i think its mainly the weight saving that helps, Rick o reckoned there would be an improvement in power from using them but didnt say how much.Cammo wrote:I'm not convinced that the rvf cams are responsible for much of a power increase, but the design is better suited to high rpm running.
Enjoy yourself on the track Kieran, sounds like you're going to have a ball. I went through it all a few years ago now, had plenty of fun, some big scares at high speed, but now want to do it again...
I cant wait to be honest mate, its on my mind all the time gets me through miserable days at work lol. Still got a fairly long way to go before im ready to get out there but ive got a long winter ahead of me to get ready!
@ Mark I think ill be doing alot of worrying over the coming months regardless

@ Scooble, basicly just the proper open carbs using the replica HRC parts unless im mistaken, think i may stick with stock rejetted carbs to help with reliability for now at least.
