My new project!
Well been thinking of it for a long while now and have finally got a donor bike! Collecting on Saturday then the 750 nc30 build begins. It's a wreck but that's why it's cheap http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161098609378? ... 1423.l2649

Re: My new project!
Hollo has kindly sent me some very good photos so have a fair idea. I'm just going th use the 750 loom fitted to the nc30, maybe Koso clocks not sure. The biggest problem I can foresee so far is the Aly welding but I do have a mate and then getting the frame rehardened

Re: My new project!
Looking at Hollo bike tank is modified but I've got a spare tank, air box is standard 750. The exhaust is a modified nc30 system. Will see as I go along

Regarding the exhaust systemV4beermonster wrote:Looking at Hollo bike tank is modified but I've got a spare tank, air box is standard 750. The exhaust is a modified nc30 system. Will see as I go along
The NC30 is split front / rear as its a 360 bike.
The 750s are split left / right as there a 180 bike.
Not sure on exhaust theory but I should imagine itd be sub optimal but perhaps not a great impact if you dont get it setup right.. the nc24 use a 4 into 1 collector under the sump.
But i should imagine exhaust tuning will be one of the last things :) be sure to take plenty of pics

Mmmm! Hadn't thought to much about the exhaust too much, but could fab a 4 into 1 if need be. So far plan is collect the bike and get it running, rip it apart check over the engine, valve clearances ect. Then work out best way to get it in the 30 frame as closely lined up dor sprockets as I can.
