VFR and RVF clutches
Its time for a new clutch on the RVF and after fitting a EBC SRK kevlar clutch set to my previous VFR which was the dogs danglies i want the same for the RVF but no one lists the SRK kit for the RVF. Now as far as i know the the only difference in the VFR and RVF clutches is that the VFR has 10 friction plates,9 steel plates, and the RVF has 9 friction plates,8 steel plates so logic says to me just buy the VFR kit and bin 1 set of plates. Anyone done this or managed to buy a set specifically for the RVF?
Heres a link to the EBC fitment list http://www.ebcbrakes.com/Assets/2012_Intl_MC_Clutch.xls

I think the basket might be a bit different on the RVF mate, I know the whole clutch can be swapped over but not sure on just removing a few of the plates.

Re: VFR and RVF clutches
There's another thread about this somewhere. I suggested that maybe the inner basket parts may be marginally different thicknesses due to the different number and thickness of the metal plates, but there was never a definitive answer....
