i could go on with needle heights a float heights and so on but there's lots to check out
get a copy of the manual, (the sp2 has the same carbs) and check it all out make sure you have the standard settings then go from there
might also be worth checking out the valve clearances,

My bike so rich the smell of the exhaust is like sniffing a jerry can i think my float bowls are letting to much fuel in them because there dripping

More likely the float bowl gaskets aren't sealing.

Ive adjusted the pilot screws to 2 turns out because its running rich seems to be better but on carb 4 i couldn't alter it due to some arse rounding it off so now its more like a pilot rivet lol the spluttering is definitely due to over fuelling

These are from a race bike but you can set them up for your bike using the your jets and settings
