sluggish flat nc30

hi all

update to "bike wont rev"

after removing carbs, cleaning , resetting float hieghts and ballancing the bike now runs a lot better BUT is still flat and stutters at about 11k revs and eventually will run to red line.
Although the plugs look like ive just taken them out the box they are infact about nine years old, i have checked all are sparking etc but could thier age be responsible for the flattness.

Any help will be much appreciated

I have been speaking to Mark he said take the M max box off altogether and run the bike see what it does.
