No problem, and dont worry about the electricity it won't hurt you as long as you don't short it, even if you stick your hand in it, excersize due care though.

Holy thread resurrection lol...
Ok so a quick update on this, tried the electrolysis and even after a week it was not perfect...so I found a tub of oxalic acid in the garage, mixed that with water, left in a tub for 2 days and came out almost spotless...even removed carbon build up from inside the pipes, very cheap too.
