NC35 carbs on a NC30

Can anyone help me please. Will an NC30 airbox fit without mod to a NC30 fitted with NC35 carbs?

I've run 35 carbs on one of my 30's for years. They are very different but work really well.
Don't forget you'll need to use 35 push and pull throttle cables too.
