Looking at getting some bits from www.cmsnl.com. just wanting to know if anybody else has used these? and if there services are good?

If anyone can get back to me it would be great!

there one of the biggest part suppliers in europe.

Should have no issues with them.

What are you ordering? Plenty of places in the UK that will have stuff for the same or cheaper/

I've used them. I bought a shitload of parts from them and due to the exchange rate I did save a bit of money versus DSS. Just check the parts first. Some bits are a lot cheaper from CMS, some are a lot cheaper from DSS. The one proviso is that the bits they list in stock are not necessarily in stock at their main warehouse, I think they have a load of satellite suppliers and also get stuff direct from Honda. Most of my stuff turned up via UPS in a few days, but one part was backordered and took three weeks. This is the sort of time DSS quote for getting stuff from Japan, so I think that's where they came from. To compound the issue, my parents were out when they tried to deliver on a couple of occasions, so the backorder stuff ended up going back to Holland. CMS shipped it back out ot me, but the shipping cost then negated every penny I'd saved by going to them to begin with! Oddly, it cost more to ship that envelope with some o-ring in than I had been charged for a large box of goodies....

Overall, their customer service is very good, however you'll probably find the ever worsening GBP/Euro exchange rate has done no favours on the prices as compared to DSS, Lings, etc.... I'd happily use them again if the overall cost of the parts I was ordering plus delivery worked out cheaper than a UK based supplier.

Just because it is listed on their site and they will happily take payment for it doesn't mean that they have it. They will tell you a few days later they don't have it and refund your money. Most of what I've ordered I could have got from my local dealer for not much if any difference.

My first recommendation is to check with your local dealer and order from them. If they don't have it try the other online parts suppliers. Then try CMSNL, but don't hold your breath.

I've placed one £700 order with them in the end I only spent £180 with them. I've not used them since.
