Without question, the seals have corrosion behind them.
Will need a caliper strip, remove the pistons with the correct tool, or by gently and logically pumping each one out to a certain point.
then removing each dust deal and piston seal, scrape out all the filth and corrosion in the grooves (i use a v sharp flat head small screwdriver to remove the worst then a dremel and brush to do the rest.
use red rubber grease on the seals, clean up and polish the pistons and refit.
if any of the parts are knackered then replace, seals are often fine and just need a clean and grease, pistons if rusty then replace.
the difference with good free calipers is huge. its one of these jobs i hate doing, but once done is possibly one of the most satisfying jobs once you ride it.
