Post by sp00ka »

Iv noticed a few times lately riding the bike it's very cluky / stiff going from neutral to first when your about to pull away , and as the bike gets warm I find it a bit difficult find neutral ! Is this normal ?

Sounds normal to me...usually if the choke is on you get a bigger 'clunk'...to find neutral try blipping the throttle when trying to find it...

Oil and filter change if not recently done might help :?:
Too much free play on clutch cable :?:
Dot on gearchange knuckle aligned with gear change shaft dot helps sometimes .other than that it may just be a characteristic of your bike some are better than others in this respect.

Yes.

Most often the clutch basket fingers get worn down by the clutch plates, this forms small grooves which stop the plates moving as much and can make shifting difficult.
