Standard H4R bulbs are shit.
There's a guide to fitting a low beam relay and using H4 bulbs, should be on here somewhere.
Best place for aftermarket? I personally buy everything I can from Rick O, his stock list is at the top of the V4 general section and has his contact details on there. There's a few extra things that aren't on the stock list that he can get too, so always worth asking

Hi, I've got sv650 bars on my nc to help with me nakered back, there a thread on here somewere with some pics, lifts the bars about an inch but how high you can have them depends on your fairing and cables, mines ok but I cant say they will be on everybodies.
