Got a couple of 3en1 crankshafts but absolutely no idea if they are compatible! But you're most likely to have damaged the casing not shaft I would think if you lost the shell. Might be worth opening up the oilways if the engine is out and I bits?

You should have left the bike at the NW, Leo Aldersley lives down the road and is probably the best FZR engine builder you can get. 
On a plus note there is an RRSP engine for sale on eBay! :-)
