Good news after much trial and error my bike runs mint , so too break it down it has standard carbs but 112.5 main jets with bigger emulsion tubes from rf600 carbs and also floats plus needles and springs and carb top from rf600 as well also I replaced ht leads and caps , so with mmax box and stainless steel headers and stubby can it finally works at high revs and low rev without a problem , floats are set to 20.5mm but I did find that pilot screws are 2.5 turns out in order for revs to drop straight back idle , the main issues were emulsion tubes and floats , two floats had faulty feul shut off valves , so thank you guys for all your help but hopefully I shouldn't need any more help for awhile ,

Assuming the o rings are all ok and fitted correctly try turning the idle air screws out 1/4 or 1/2 a turn . It made a big difference to mine when I had the same problems.
It helps the idle and makes the revs drop back down nice and fast.
