Re: The Exhaust Thread
What's going to be involved in having a TSR Half System with single, oval style can fitted? Will all the original pipes need to be cut and the new pipes welded together? Or, do I just pull the existing exhaust out at the linkage below the bike and fit the new one and have the pipes welded?
Any good shops in Melbourne that can do a good job on the welding?

Re: The Exhaust Thread
Also, I never got any reply on how much the single TSR oval kevlar style can will sell for with the original RVF rear section still fitted.

Re: The Exhaust Thread
I have an original TSR titanium system with the single can on the left...no need to cut any pipes. It is bolt on...the trouble is finding one for sale.

Re: The Exhaust Thread
I have a half system already, got it off easyauctionjapan. the pipes are disassembled, not like in the pics. At the moment, I have the same exhaust on the original RVF pipes.
What I just recieved.

Re: The Exhaust Thread
If there is still interest in them...I had a quote for nice handcrafted custom build front pair (one set) downpipes all in titanium @ 670eur ~ 565gbp incl. vat ex shipping. If there is a feeler out for having minimal 3 pairs/sets in one batch the price will be down to 600eur ~ 506gbp a pair/one set. Shapes are similiar to stock, note the overall welding of the bends that will take a lot of custom cutting and welding (like welding custom twostroke exhaust systems). I have seen work from this contact and it is gorgous.Rrotz wrote:Thanks Drunken. I'm sure Yoshi makes one for the RVF, I had a dealer check on pricing for me. Anyplace I can get the front end TSR pipes in titanium? How much damage would that do to the ole CC?Drunkn Munky wrote:Ti front pipes, now your wishing :) unless you know someone that can weld and form ti pipes get ready for a big bill.vfrman wrote:What DM said.... TSR never made the front downpipes, let alone in TI.
