Durkas Bike
Well as I have not used this part of the forum so here is my bike. Its mainly all original Honda apart from consumables, stainless, nuts, bolts, link pipe, a screen, and a tank repainted by me, although I do have an original type 7 tank to go on. It could also do with a better screen as I dont like double bubbles.

Re: Durkas Bike
Is this the bike you built ?
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

Re: Durkas Bike
Hi royster, No i did not build it but have subtly changed it over the years I have had the bike. Its still my only bike and gets used daily for work but if any one wanted to make it mint there would not be a lot to do, mainly cleaning. Btw royster thats your old tank on the bike now.
ohh and in case anyone notices, its a new tyre hence big chicken.strips, even for me. The chain could be cleaner as well but very salty roads have it rusting after every commute even though I liberaly spray Castrol Racing on the thing all the time. joys of winter riding.

When you say 'But if anyone wanted to make it mint there would not a lot to do, mainly cleaning.' Does that mean you are thinking of selling it?

Re: Durkas Bike
Hi Karl glad you like. I suppose when I wrote that I was thinking of the owners who could do so much more than I have and really make it shine, unfortunatly due to using it daily I cant go that extra bit to make it a mint example, although maybe one day it could go that way I suppose. On saying that your average joe public thinks its only a couple of years old anyway.
