Im hoping for a dry day, but im going to leave my KR364's on, to save the stress levels a bit if it does shower, although technically i think they are illegal as per the class rules, as they aint road legal.

I'll be at the back (was running 2.16's on wednesday) so i cant see it making any difference to anyone but if theres complaints i'll ride for no points, makes no odds to me as i cant afford to do all the rounds anyway.

Yeah be good to see you Mike, if you cant find me its because i'll be busy quietly shitting myself somewhere haha.

Shame about the knee hope it lets you get back on a bike at some point in the not to distant future.

Is your mate going down friday night or sat morn, cant make my mind up when to get there, got friday off work.

I think he'll go Friday night, I would. I'll go down early doors on Sat. Unless you're in an oddball class the Dunlops will be fine, the treads need to be moulded and not a cut slick, that's the rule. You ok for tyre warmers etc? If not you can borrow mine.
It's probably the same as when you're racing off road, try to make sure you've got everything to hand, dog tag, license, gloves, boots etc. visor nice and clean. Easy to forget something when you're nervous.
Once the lights go out your instinct will kick in and you'll forget the nerves.

hmmm may have to get organised and get myself down on friday night then.

Just doing f400 and Forgotten Era, was going to do junior open but thought 5 races might be a bit much first time out.

Ive got warmers stands and pretty much everything i need i think, just need to sort out and modify my caravan awning to fit onto my van, bit of fabrication involved in that yet.

Only thing im really short of is a transponder but i'll hire one off Wirral100, too skint to be laying £200 out against one at the minute.

Yeah im pretty sure once off and running i'll be fine, but the 15/20mins leading up to that will be fun, i still get pretty nervous at MX and ive been doing that for 24 odd years!

cheers for the pointers mike
