Based offa those pics..

Voltage / Current normal consumtion (13.2v / 3.2amps) is 42watts of power

Maximum draw is stated as 16v / 10amps, thats 160 watts of power, which would probably be on 'start-up' as they need around 27000volts to ignite the arc.

Should be ok running that power wise...

just ordered myself a pair of these kits for a twin HID setup. I wonder the NC30 has enough electrical power for this.

had to lengthen the power wire, but that just normal twin core, and bend 2 of the little lugs on the bulb holder, nothing major.
it is literally just plug all the parts together, connecet up to the battery, put the bulb into the glass, jobs a good un.

when searching ebay, use 'HID bulb kit' rather than just 'HID bulb'

this is the seller i bought mine off

If you read all the post i did some working out of how many watts of power the HID lamps were drawing.

aight, so at most, assuming both ballasts are 135watts each, I believe the '30 has enough juice, without having to resort to led indicators and tail lights?

looks good mate,
i prob wouldn't have botheed installing it if i were still having 2 headlights, but just using 1 headlight i thought it would be better, and pretty cool 8-)

do yours get brighter on main beam? or does it just lift the beam pattern up?

mine just lift the beam pattern, so is still very bright on dipped beam.

well, here's a comparison between low beam and high beam.

i think it just lifts the beam pattern up as the brightness stays the same.

this is how it looks from an oncoming driver's point of view. looks like an approaching train.
