Carb help please!

Post by V4beermonster »

Hi guys need some help/advice I've rebuilt my nc30 carbs, they have been stripped degreased and ultrasonicaly cleaned. I have blown all the jetways through all seem clear. Running 115 mains front and 118 mains rear pilots are #35 all round with RO road needles. The problem I have is the bike won't rev through the range cleanly it stutters like its running out of fuel. But if I put the choke on it will rev throughout. I have checked the pilot circuit and its clear. Diaphragms are in good nick. So I'm stumped anyone got any ideas

What exhaust you got on there? Standard system with the fuel can?

At a guess I'd try a size up front and back :peace:

No idea. But I'm running 120f and 122r with my half ethos. That was the sizes rick o recommended, and even then the top end doesn't feel great, but I'm gonna dyno the bike first once I've got my new carbs on and sorted.

I think this proves that for most people, women are easier to understand and predict than carbs... lmao
