Re: Sams' cheap NC30 rebuild!
Not much progress today, just foam filled the swingarm (nightmare) stripped out the shock, and sprayed up the top yoke and screen brace. Will trim up the foam, and put the shock back in tomorrow evening, maybe recoat the yoke, and screen brace if needed.
Then onto valve clearances over the weekend. May be off work on Monday and Tuesday, so may try and get it all built up!

Got the Hub rebuilt, and the shock put back in. And finally tackled the valve clearances.
ALL 16 IN TOLERANCE!
I'm happy. To the Pub!
Then tomorrow, we rebuild it, better than it was before!

Re: Sams' cheap NC30 rebuild!
Got the bike rebuilt on Saturday, and running! Got a slightly rashed carbon end can off my mates dad, that needs the sleeve flipped round to hide the damage.
Tomorrow will be spend putting on the front end, and tidying up a few bits and pieces.
I'll hopefully get a few snaps for anyone who's interested!

Good to hear Sam. Where will you be getting panels back from Matt?

Hopefully end of the month. Need to get decals sorted as well. Got a few ordered up on Ebay, but probably need resizing.
Here some more snaps from the weekend!

Hub Greased up and rebuilt

Valve Clearances checked

Top Yoke painted, and forks and clocks back on

End can from my mates dad. Going to get flipped round to hide the damage!

Got some new hoops, and wheels fitted. Looking for some Brake disc bolts if anyone has some spare.

I might have some discs. I think I have a whole front wheel.
