Velocity stac advise please
Hi all what's the thoughts on not running any stacks on the nc30?? Looking at a set of race spec carbs with them removed. What's the thoughts on that? They will be on a road bike not a tracker

Re: Velocity stac advise please
I wouldnt take them off on a road bike, you'd just make it gutless and more topendy, it prob be a right bugger to setup right aswell.
Cheers

Not a good idea, unless you have a dyno in your garage.

Re: Velocity stac advise please
ive seen the hrc carbs you are on about on, i would avoid them, unless you can get them cheap and then spend the saving on putting them right.
the guy sounds like he has a very optimistic dyno as well. 67.8bhp, I doubt! The engine he is also selling doesn't mention any tuning.
up to you but i'd not be bothering, certainly not on a road bike!
