Don't think they're rvf, these cables are huge.
I'm not entirely sure of their origin, maybe they're off a hornet or something.

Got the carbs finished tonight, will get some pics up soon.

Got some more capheads so I got the lower rad all buttoned and wired up. Just the hoses to do on that.

Have also built the carbs to HRC spec.

Heres the new drilled airbox  , with the short stacks.

The NC24 'HRC style' half moon slides with 8ZG HRC needles + 0.5mm lift.

A few parts with a new coat of zinc

Rick Oliver HRC jet kit, #40PJs, #142.5MJ, new emulsion tubes and new bowl seals. Mixture screw set to (edited) 1.5 turns out.

And finally the rock catcher I made.

Plonked on the bike waiting for throttle and choke cables and clamps for the inlet rubbers.

The mesh does look good.

What sized pilot jets are you using? I would recommend #40 and then set the mixture screw to 1.5 turns out.

Sorry yeah that's a typo, got #40PJ's in there, have changed it now.

Cheers, the mixture screw setting was a guess. Will change them to 1.5 turns out.
