112 all round will be fine. Let us know how it goes.

Tasty stable of bikes there!

Thanks - the NSR and TZR were in my youthful, lighter years!
Question re: the 112 jets. I can't find a model number anywhere online for them. Do you know the model number of the Keihin jets? Or, alternatively, the model number of the carb? (Rang a store here and they need the carb model number). Thanks

Try the NZ keihin distributor, they're keihin 99101-393 series jets.

You'll need to order 4 x 99101-393-112. Honda might also sell them (same part number) if a bike was sold with this size.

There are lots of unbranded ones available on the net also, but genuine keihin is best IMO.

The only bugger with living in New Zealand is when you need to find more obscure parts to buy - nobody ever has stock (damnit!). Honda are looking around for me today. Otherwise I'll have to buy them online. Will update when I get them...

Hi all, Cammo. The 112's arrived today so I knocked off work an hour early. Got home, put the washers back in the piston needles, replaced the 108's with 112's all round, set the pilot screw back to 1 5/8 turns and put it back together (lord how I hate the front left hand upper clamp screw - does anybody have any pictures of the angle they leave it on and the type of screw driver used?). Anyway, started it up, took it around the block and it feels like its full power is there. Will take it for a good ride tomorrow night and will update. Thanks for your help, especially Cammo!!! Ps. Can you let me know who sells the cheaper gasket seals, might pick some up for spare for future use. Cheers!

On mine, I found it with the screw on the front side of the inlet tract, with the head pointing slightly backward so you gain access to it through the big 'v' in the side of the frame. Just a decent cross-headed screwdriver with a long shaft will do. Or did, in my case. If it's manky, you could use a 7mm (?) socket instead.

Do you mean carb gaskets? Honda ones are indeed a fortune, but if you search the forum, you'll see that Blair from LiteTek now produces a kit at a lesser price.
