The rads are very good value, just keep an eye on the overflow spigot below the cap, mines getting a bit loose and might be seeing a removal and goo-ing back in.

I was chatting to Tony earlier as I only got charged £19 on my parcel. Seems to be a bit arbitrary as to what you get charged.

The rubbers and spacers arrived from Honda so managed to get some work done on the rads. The mounts are there for the oem guard (which I done have), so I cut up some grill and bolted it up, gives it kind of a road racer feel I think, maybe?

Fitted to the bike

Need to get this lot painted and bolted up before fitting the lower rad

I have cleaned up the carbs ready to be modified to HRC spec.
They have come up surprisingly well!
A few bits need to go to the zinc coater, need to get new seals for the float bowls and new screws before I can start rebuilding them.

Some more progress, although not very much, have been sick as a dog this week with man flu.

The lower rad fan and mount has been painted and treated to some new ss nuts. Also got it fitted to the rad, needed to turn up a small spacer and bend a few mounts around to get it to sit right.
Ran out of 6mm capheads so I couldn't get it all finished off.

Next jobs also on the list are, rebuild the carbs and clean and mount these to the gold RVF wheels.

Finally found a HRC carbon inlet tray for not silly money.
Gave it a trail fit, then a trim in a few areas.
Just need to finish the carbs now, also some how the throttle cables I have are way too long. Like they were extended for a renthal bar conversion, weird. So now I also have to get a new set of cables :x !

RVF throttle cables are longer mate but not by a massive amount.
