thanks bikemonkey i really appreciate the link but as i said can work on engines not computers so dont understand a word of that is there a way to drag and drop the pics off my p.c ?

Don't know if you can get pictures on here without using a site like photobucket I'm afraid.
Easiest way is using a site like that. I just went on photobucket.com, made an account then clicked the upload button and searched my computer for the pictures I wanted and uploaded them. It does it all for you, then all you need to do is copy and paste the picture (IMG) coding here.
It's simple for me but I first used a computer at school when I was 8.
