ah - yes
The 3TJ pins aren't availible aftermarket so you need Yamaha parts. If you've got a dealer close to you then ask there, if not Fowlers in Bristol can help you but have to give them your frame number (it's on the headstock or your V5) before they'll serve you.

Re: 3tj front caliper pad pins
I keep seeing references to needing a frame number before ordering OEM parts in the UK. Gotta ask, why?
In the US, as long as I've got a part number I'm good to order. Of course, being in the US many of the cool bikes the UK got never made it here so it doesn't matter if I've got a part number, frame number, and the president of Yamaha's cell number I still can't get the part locally...

Re: 3tj front caliper pad pins
It's mainly to cover their asses in the case of a wrong part being ordered. I've personally never been specifically asked for a frame number, but I'm trade anyway.
Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

As above - remember there are quite a few FZR400 models so it must be a right pain having to change stuff. Just fill the form you'll be ok.
