An abortion by the looks of it. Very Heath Robinson attempt
Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

It would be easier to use nc30 carbs, they look seriously messed up!

Why do you want those, becuase they are modified? That doesn't always mean better.

Not trying to sound like a dick for the sake of it but it sounds you like have saw that they are modified and think they will be an improvement on your NC30 carbs.

I tend to think of carb tuning like wizardary, most of the time its patience and logic, with an occasional spell thrown in.

Unless you have a really good grasp of the workings of carbs then don't buy them.

NC24 carbs have different air circuitary to the NC30 carbs so it will take more than just re-jetting them to get them working optimally, ideally a lot of time on the dyno, which costs money.

I have no idea why they have larger float bowls, perhaps due to some fuel starvation issues with the vaccum tap at long rpm? Who knows.

Anyway.. is there something wrong with your carbs? The stock NC30 setup fuels really well for the bike.

Thats a very strange thing to do, never seen anything like that before! Think NC35 carbs are supposed to be 'better' than nc30 ones, there supposed to flow a bit more, but i wouldnt think you'd nothice it on a road bike, and i would think it would still take ages to get them right!

Those ebay carbs are a joke. Don't go there..not worth your time.

There are plenty of sets of carbs about - and Neo is right, standard setup works very well in 99% of cases. You have to really be dicking about to make them perform much better.

NC35 carbs are good - get some of them if you are stuck - they work great on road bikes.

Once upon a time I had a few sets...but I had to slim down my stash. Sorry!

I would bet that there are some carbs for sale in the parts section. A few chaps are breaking bikes, some of he others will just have some they could sell - is there an advert you've placed?
