Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

Re: eBay 'specials' and other junk finds
Is there any way to search the Japanese eBay site for VFR/RVF treasures without knowing kanji?

eBay 'specials' and other junk finds
There is no eBay in Japan, they tried and failed here.
Yahoo auctions is the equivalent.
There are sites that allow you to bid in English, e.g.
http://www.easyauctionjapan.com/
Or try
Www.webike.net
for new parts.
Also
Www.rakuten.co.jp has a machine translated English version.

Is the mistake advertising a bike without an ignition barrel or a V5, or is it just me that would think it's not completely out of the question that someone might be looking for it? lol

Oh man, these links are like online crack shoppes! Thanks for posting these, I'm going to try bidding on a few things at that yahoo auction site, lots of CBR and RVF spares listed there. Has anyone else bid on things from this website in JPN from overseas yet?RedSquare wrote:There is no eBay in Japan, they tried and failed here.
