Fork Oil GK76A spII
Just wondering what grade fork oil is best for my 76a spII,or is the standard best which i think is a 5 ?

Depends. Were the forks too soft for you with 5w in? Are you a fly weight or a lard ass? New springs or the OE ones?
If you're on OE springs and a fly weight I'd recommend OE spec fluid unless you find it too soft, in which case I'd go from 5w to 7.5w. If you're a lard ass, go for 10w.
Of course, you may just be masking the fact that the OE springs are past their best.....

Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.
