cbr 1000 front end?
hi just browsing on ebay! and came across this! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-CBR1000 ... b82&_uhb=1
i have already done the rvf 400 front end conversion on the nc30 but has anyone done anything different such as something like the cbr1000 with the mono calipers! which look very beefy plus look at the forks!!! very impressive?
anyone got any info on whether these would fit the nc35 yokes? or even fit the nc30 headstock?
i know its a bit of a long shot and i dont know whether anyone will be interested i know you can fit the triumph daytona forks as they are the same diameter at the nc35 50mm and 51-3mm?
thanks webby

Re: cbr 1000 front end?
Can't be of much help on this one.
I seem to recall ZX636 forks fit the ZXR400 yolks, which can be fitted to the NC30 with a Rick O kit.
Won't give you radial brakes but i'm not convinced you need them for an old 400...

Any forks within reason will fit, if they slide into the stock yokes then thats a bonus but that also presents other problems. Id either go for custom yokes or swap in the NC stem and use the complete front end.

I'm planning on throwing some CBR1000rr or CBR600rr forks on my RVF. Same forks G-force uses with a custom triple.

Have a look for venomken's stuff on here. He fitted the 600rr stuff to his awesome bike.
