Re: BIIIIIIIG lower rad, finally!
Today I received some more stuff.

a carbon front fairing stay

a LeoVince end can (slightly shortened)

and a large box of Ti bolts. The entire front end is now littered with these babies, and more's to come. I really love those taper head Allen Ti bolts..!

Would be fun..! But I think I'd rather bring my 125cc GP Honda over. I wonder if I can do better lap times on the 400, what do you guys think?CMSMJ1 wrote:Keep it coming mate..looks awesome.

I'd put my money on the 125 any time, but I'd be happily surprised should the RVF works better.
I'm not a big pilot, by the way, so I fit very well on the 125.
Any thoughts on this subject (125 vs. RVF, not my stature..!) ?

Depends how good you are on it! I've overtaken a few Honda RS125's on trackdays on both the SV and NC35 but I doubt they were making the most of it.
Riding a GP bike is a world away from a road bike even a track/race version of a road bike and with slicks on the corner speed you can carry is untrue. I was trading places with one round mallory on the SV once and very nearly stacked it when I tried following him into gerrards at the same speed, it was only afterwards I realised it was an teenager on an RS125 getting extra practice for racing and that I'd been stupid to try.

My money's on the RS125 on a tight track. Dam those infuriating buzz boxes! There's always one on the outside when you least expect it!

Re: BIIIIIIIG lower rad, finally!
Hi Lasse, very nice one mate. I am also trying to fit some 600rr07 forks on my nc30. Some more work to do on the headstock-yokes adapters than on a nc35, but otherwise pretty much the same. I was wondering if you could share your experience.
I´ve been trying to search the old forum for your posts with no success.
What size are the wheel spacers? I asume from the pictures you are keeping the original front wheel and using 310mm isr discs with original nc35 offset(17.5mm)(= 600rr= 130mm between disc center path)
Cheers, Emilio

Now fabricating the alu fuel cell, to go between the subframe "towers and under the seat, covered up nicely by a soon-to-be-modified 600RR tank cover.
