thanks for that dude.

anyway back on topic, after about a weeks time, I finally decided, I shall go for white on the front wheel, and I am getting it painted tomorrow, by me! lol I shall post some pics up straight after so u guys can see.

Another question, what u guys think bout the tyga and k-coversions kits? they are quite expensive, probably looking at another grand to get them properly painted and fitted on, looks nuts, but does it worths it tho? or may b i shall pay the money and get a r6 or sum thing similar to that?

If you definately want to update the looks of the NC then i'd recommend Tyga, There stuff is really good quality, relatively easy to fit as well although it does need a little bit of patience when fitting it for first time.
I've heard nothing but bad things about K-conversions but have no experience myself.

If it's just the back end you want to change, then Riley used to do a Cagiva Mito conversion, looked really good and sort of kept in with the original lines, maybe he still has some left over?

Personally, if the fairings on your bike are original tthen i would leave it standard, the looks really grow on you.

+1 i was all up for doing a tyga fairing as soon as i got my bike, then i realised i needed a pillion seat and compartment underneath so i though about an r1 tail, then i thought about keeping the fairing standard and doing a mito tail but as soon as i got the bike i fell in love with the classic lines and have kept the original fairings, and iv had nothing but complements on how good the bike looks and how everyone loves the classic looks

That's crazy money! I'd be very surprised if it sells - even though it is "a very fast bike" :D

Half a tin of paint is a bonus though ;)

Why are there no pics of the left side of the bike....... I'd defo avoid!

Personally I think it looks terrible, the rear is too large, too high, wrong angle and IMO doesn't look as good as the original, the 'front conversion' is front fairing/headlight not frontend (although that looks OK), the mudguard looks wrong and all in all I'd avoid. Oh and I don't like the colour.

It could just be that he hasn't taken pictures of the left (I know I've done it before without realising) but it is a bit odd he has so many of the right and none of the left.

I don't think it'll sell especially at that price, hell we were thinking of selling RVF400#1 for less.

Me too. It certainly means less frequent cleaning. I also have a black bike (matte) so it's a breeze to clean. Does sit in the lounge room anyway though :) With some paint schemes you have to have white wheels - that's just the way of the mysterious NC I guess ;)

Agreed, might not look 1/2 bad in the RWB.

There was a bright orange something (can't remember what now) at Bassets Pole a few months ago, I was saying to my mate, god thats awful, and the owner was standing beside me :D He didn't mind though, said he gets it a lot!
