Found these buried in a box of spares I got with a track bike. Any ideas what they are?

(I am unsure whether the wachers go with it, but they were all in the same bag together)

both look homemade

but the 2nd looks something like a tool you would use when servicing USD forks

Ahh. Righto. One of those hold the spring thingies while you undo the bolt or something. The bike has RWU forks tho, still. could be right.

Could the top one be for locking gears together, like for the starter clutch?
