I have a set of FZR250R 3LN3 headers here you are welcome to have if you want to strip the exup valve out of them. looks v v v similar to the FZR400RR ones.

if you have no joy from above,
i got a set of dead RR headers, the exup valve is good only problem is the end plate is also dead,
you can have the pulley, valve, bush, springs and spacer (let me know and i'll take the grinder to the headers :o ) for postage,
if you can find a decent end plate, you'll be good to go
