he also said 900 was too much. so yeah im not selling my bike less than what i payed for. its just not going to happen lol. i got a part ex offer from an ebay motorbike dealer saying he will knock down 1200 for an r6 when i part ex. so its either that. or sell to someone else for that price.

this is the bike

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2008-08-YAMAH ... v4exp=true

but the thing is, its still too expensive. it still comes to 4 grand. which is why i havent done it yet. i told him il let him know at a later date.

the bikes current state is a running state. there are only 3 problems that i know of. jamming on start up sometimes, speedo plastic cog missing, and fairing painting re done, and or, vinyl wrap.

You dont always get back what you paid for stuff.
Can also get a 2010 R6 with 3k miles for less than that one.
Looks like the dealer is trying on his luck to me!
But he is offering you better than anyone else would for your NC

i cant take finance out as i dont have a full time job, my parents can but i dont think they want to spend 10 grand on a brand new 2012 model one :P. ive seen finance on ebay for 2006-2007 r6's for 3700-4500 and i think im going to go for one of those. i have one years NCB, i would of had two but i crashed my r125 3 years ago and claimed off the insruance :P. ive checked the quote, and its 750 a year third party fire and theft. which is good for me.

just the matter of getting this sold. im going to speak to my local dealer to see if they will take it in.
