SHOCK ALTERNATIVES

is there any modern aftermarket shock like r6,636,GSXR shock that works without too much modification to be done to work on a NC30?

thanx mate that looks a great upgrade does it need any mods or does it bolt straight in to nc30?cheers
and im guessing std spring wud be too heavy would it?

Just have to file 2mm off the top mount of the shock, 3mm off the undertray mount so the remote doesnt rub, and the stock bmw spring is weak as fuck.

according to the white power catalogue its between 303 to 313mm, the following bikes have similar length shocks;
CBR 600 RR - 2003 to 2004
CBR 900 RR Fireblade - 98-99
FZS 600 FAZER - 98-03
FZS 600 S FAZER - 00-03

It does have a remote res. I will have to open the box tonight when I get home, but I have some old pics on flickr...

The shock is pretty dirty in this pic, but I think it is in pretty good condition. Of course it could probably use a refresh of oil and nitrogen.
