My micron pipe is very loud. I did try repacking it last week but it didn't really make any difference.

Re: micron exhaust
Older Micron cans are 100mm diameter. Most sports cans are 110mm in diameter. This makes a real difference. Even with a dB killer it'll be louder than you're really wanting. dB killers help but aren't perfect. That said the one on my Blade makes an immense difference.
Similar design to this:

Some are better than others as dB killers go. For example these are toss for effectiveness:

and the weld holding the bracket on on mine failed as well.

Re: micron exhaust
I have the baffle same as the first link. Little or no difference to the sound, but is handy for the police when they say its too loud. "But I have a baffle in" "ok off you go"

Re: micron exhaust
i didnt mean too loud for me
louder the better as far as im concerned haha! but the seller claimed it was too loud :')
having a closer look at it, it looks very similar to the standard can but its scuffed up to death
Looking at a micron off a 900 fireblade 3 bolt fitting, i think the measurements are 78mm between the holes, will it fit? it came off a 97 if thats any help?
