I'm no expert on these things but that could just make it to high combined with the rvf linkage to cause it to rub

just for a heads up, with the preload set to 25mm, and static sag at 9mm, and all damping and rebound set +1 from normal its a nice comfy and positively different tail end,
i only did about 10kms on it but it felt smooth
just need to set from sag/preload as the rear is raised by about 25-50mm
