3TJ fork assembly problem
hi guys and girls
I have stripped down both forks, and changed the fork seals .
the problem comes when I put the dampener into the inner tube, and screw it in through the bottom.
The inner tube will no longer extend.
When I undo the bolt it will extend more and more until the bolt is out, then it extends fully.
Confused!
help please.

Re: 3TJ fork assembly problem
Do you mean screwing the hex head bolt into the bottom of the fork leg?

Re: 3TJ fork assembly problem
Yep I did mean the bottom bolt.
I sorted it now, the plastic bush, had got stuck in the inner tube, and wasnt allowing the damper fall through
a swift hit through the top sorted this and all if fine.
Thanks
