Was not used for a year put new battery on it ran rough fitted new o ring now it will not start maybe sparks its got cr8e but dont seem to spark all the time any ideas

It should have CR8EK Plugs as the spec sheet states.

Id check ignition side of things

Spark plug + caps HT Leads Coil Packs etc make sure the correct voltage is beeing delivered to the plugs.

Double check the conditon of the caps ... Could be arching out.
Condition of the plugs ... Not fowled or damaged correct gaps etc
No cuts / damage along the ht leads
Use a multi meter and check voltage from battery to coils > coils to plugs

Voltage im not 100% sure but i think it should be betwee 11 - 12.5v some where around there. Check on youtube and stuff most bikes voltage will be the same cause they all run from 12v batteries.

Have a look at your other post too " weak spark " i left you some things to check over there.
