Depending on what type of filter it is (paper, mesh etc) it could cause running problems. The fuel is only gravity fed, the carbs can demand more fuel than what might be able to flow through a filter.j77drs wrote:Can anyone else advise on adding a fuel filter ?
There are filters inside the fuel tank and 1 in each carb.

This is good info, I was about to fit an inline filter myself on my Nc35... I wont bother now.

I got some new carb rubbers off Rick O yesterday, and he recommended using red grease to lubricate them.bikemonkey wrote:Carbs are a pig to get back in, a bit of well applied brute force should do it. If they aren't budging then I've heard of people using red rubber grease to help them in.
