Headlights!

Post by Sam-NI »

I have done the relay mod, and installed 2 UK spec 60/55w

My headlight alignment is way out!

Is there only 2 adjustment screws per side on the NC30?

MOT is Friday evening, so need some help ASAP!

How did you make the bulbs fit?

Did you use adapter rings?

Did you cut the piece of tab away and alter the lower tabs to make them fit right?

Oh then it'll never line up!

Unless your using adapter rings then You need to cut some of the bulb and use a nail to support the bulb, otherwise it won't line up right.

Here is the nail guide.

You'll notice that theres a cutout in the outer ring of the original H4R (35w) bulb too. the H4 doesn't have this I filed down the indent on the inside of the headlight as it's easier than cutting the bulb.
